Referral Program Terms

These terms govern the Analyse referral program. By joining, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use your referral link.

1. Joining

Anyone with an Analyse account can join the program from the Referral program page. You do not have to be a paying customer. When you join, we give you a personal referral link and you become a "partner".

2. What you earn

For every new customer who signs up through your link and subscribes to a paid plan, you earn 20% of each payment they make, for up to 12 months from their first paid invoice. After 12 months the commission for that customer ends. The customer can keep using Analyse.

Commission is calculated on the net amount actually paid, after any discounts and taxes. If a customer pays less because of a promotion, your commission is 20% of what they paid.

3. What the customer gets

Anyone who subscribes through your link gets 10% off, for as long as they stay subscribed. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.

4. How referrals are tracked

When someone visits your link, we store a cookie (analyse_ref) in their browser for 90 days. If they create a workspace and subscribe within that window, the referral is credited to you. Each workspace can be referred once, and the first partner to refer it is the one credited. If a customer clears their cookies or uses a different browser or device before subscribing, we may not be able to credit the referral.

In the EU, EEA, and UK we set the attribution cookie only after the visitor opts in through our cookie banner. Outside those regions the cookie may be set when they visit your link. We count clicks in aggregate — we do not keep a per-visitor click log.

5. When you get paid

Commissions are held for 30 days after they are earned. This window covers refunds and chargebacks. After the hold clears, the commission becomes available to pay out.

We pay out once a month, as long as your available balance is at least $50. You choose how to be paid: PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. Keep your payout details up to date in the Referral program page. You are responsible for giving us correct payout information.

6. Refunds and reversals

If a payment is refunded or charged back, the matching commission is reversed. If it was still in the hold window, it is simply removed before payout. Reversals protect against paying commission on money that did not stay with us.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. Commissions are paid gross. Depending on where you live, you may need to report this income and pay tax on it yourself. We may ask for tax information before paying you if the law requires it.

8. Rules

To keep the program fair, you agree not to:

• Refer your own account, or sign up through your own link.
• Use spam, misleading claims, or false statements about Analyse to promote your link.
• Bid on "Analyse" or our brand terms in paid search, or run ads that impersonate us.
• Offer unauthorized cash rebates or incentives that we have not approved.
• Use bots, fake traffic, or any method to generate clicks or signups that are not genuine.

Breaking these rules can lead to reversed commissions and removal from the program.

9. Suspension and ending the program

We can suspend or remove any partner at any time, especially for breaking the rules above. If we suspend you, your link stops attributing new referrals and pending commissions may be withheld. You can leave the program at any time from the Referral program page in your dashboard. When you leave, we clear your payout details and stop attributing new referrals. Commissions already approved and above the payout minimum will still be paid.

We may change or end the program, or these terms, at any time. If we make a material change, we will let partners know. Continuing to use your link after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Privacy and data

We process partner data as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we store what we need to run the program (your contact details, payout information, referral code, and aggregate click counts), pay commissions, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Commission and payout records may be kept for up to seven years after the relevant tax year even if you leave the program or delete your account, with personal identifiers removed where possible.
