Cookie Policy
The complete list of cookies Analyse uses — all strictly necessary, none for tracking — and why you don't see a cookie banner here.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
The short version
Analyse uses no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no tracking of any kind on this website. The only cookies we set are strictly necessary: one to keep you signed in, and a few short-lived technical cookies that exist only while you complete a sign-in or integration flow. That is the whole list, and it is why there is no cookie banner.
Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
session | Keeps you signed in to your account. An HTTP-only cookie containing a signed token; set only when you sign in. | 7 days |
oauth_state | Protects the "Sign in with Google" flow against cross-site request forgery. Set only while that flow runs. | 10 minutes |
oauth_intent | Remembers whether a Google flow is a sign-in or a request to link a provider to your existing account. | 10 minutes |
oauth_link_user | Identifies which account a provider is being linked to during a linking flow. | 10 minutes |
gsc_oauth_state | Protects the Google Search Console connection flow against cross-site request forgery. | 10 minutes |
gsc_return_to | Returns you to the page you started from after connecting Google Search Console. | 10 minutes |
If you never sign in, none of these cookies are set and your visit involves no cookies at all.
Why there is no cookie banner
Consent banners are required for cookies that are not strictly necessary — analytics, advertising, and other tracking. We do not use any of those. Cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for (like staying signed in) are exempt from the consent requirement under the EU ePrivacy rules, so there is nothing to ask consent for.
Websites that use Analyse
The Analyse tracking script that our customers install on their websites is cookieless: it sets no cookies and stores nothing on visitors' devices. If you arrived here from a website that uses Analyse, that website did not place any Analyse cookies on your browser.
Managing cookies
You can view, block, or delete cookies in your browser's settings — usually under "Privacy" or "Site data". Deleting the session cookie simply signs you out; the flow cookies expire on their own within minutes. Because we set no optional cookies, there is nothing to configure beyond that.
Changes and contact
If the cookies we use ever change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Email [email protected].
