Hosting and infrastructure

Analyse runs on EU-based infrastructure. Our databases — self-hosted MongoDB and ClickHouse — run on servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in the EU, and file storage uses Google Cloud Platform. A full list of the service providers we work with, and the role each one plays, is in our Privacy Policy.

Liability for content

We prepare and maintain the content on this website with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is always accurate, complete, or up to date. Our responsibility for our own content follows the general laws that apply to us; nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

This website links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no control over their content and take no responsibility for it — the operator of the linked site is always responsible for its own pages. We check links for obvious legal problems when we add them, and we will remove a link promptly if we become aware that it points to unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The "Analyse" name, the "VertCode Development" trade name, our logos, and the content, design, and software of this website belong to the operator or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without our written permission, except where the law allows it (for example, quoting with attribution).

AI-generated content

The Analyse platform can generate blog content using AI models. Content generated through the platform carries provenance and disclosure records in line with Article 50 of the EU AI Act — see our Privacy Policy for details on how this works and our Terms of Service for what it means for customers who publish that content.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you are a consumer and have a dispute with us, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] first — we aim to resolve issues directly.
