Dashboards

Build custom dashboards with the widgets you care about. Drag, drop, and save as many as you need.

Dashboards are your custom views of Analyse. Every Server has the default Overview, and you can build as many extra dashboards as you want for the numbers you care about.

Plan and status

Custom dashboards are an Enterprise feature and currently in beta. Some widgets and layout behavior may still change.

Why custom dashboards

The built-in pages cover the basics, but every server is different. A skyblock server cares about island count. A PvP server cares about kills per session. A big network cares about per-gamemode revenue at a glance.

Custom dashboards let each of those teams put the numbers they track daily front and center, on their own page.

Building a dashboard

  1. 1

    Open your Server then Dashboards

    Click "New dashboard".

  2. 2

    Name it

"Daily standup", "Marketing weekly", "Whale watching", whatever you like.

  3. 3

    Add widgets

Click "Add widget". Pick a type, then pick what it measures.

  4. 4

    Drag and resize

Every widget sits on a grid and can be dragged or resized.

  5. 5

    Save

    Dashboards save automatically.

Widget types

  • Stat card - one big number for the selected time range.
  • Line chart - values over time as a line.
  • Area chart - same, filled underneath.
  • Bar chart - categorical comparison (e.g. events per day).
  • Pie chart - proportion of a whole (e.g. Java vs Bedrock).
  • Table - a compact tabular view of rows.
  • Funnel - one of your saved funnels embedded directly.
  • Retention chart - a mini retention line chart.
  • Sankey - flow visualization between states.

Pick the type that matches the question. Line charts for "over time", stat cards for a single number, pie/bar for "which bucket", funnel/retention for behavior, sankey for flows between steps.

Time range

The dashboard has a single timespan selector at the top and every widget reacts to it.

Marketing dashboard

A great first custom dashboard is "Marketing": stat cards for total players and revenue, a line chart of new players, a pie chart of platform split, and a funnel for your onboarding flow. Open it every Monday.

Network vs Server dashboards

Dashboards exist at both levels:

  • Server dashboards only show data from that one Server.
  • Network dashboards roll up every Server in the Network.
