Cad é Funnel?
An ordered sequence of steps toward a goal, with the percentage of visitors completing each step, used to find where people drop off.
A funnel is an ordered sequence of steps a visitor takes toward a goal, such as landing page, pricing page, signup form, account created, with the count and percentage of people reaching each step. The shape is the point: every funnel narrows, and the step where it narrows most is where you should look first.
Reading a funnel well means asking two questions at the biggest drop: is this step broken (slow page, confusing form, bug on mobile), or is this step where the offer stops being convincing? Segmenting the funnel by device, channel, or landing page usually answers it; a drop that only exists on mobile is a design problem, a drop that only exists for paid traffic is an expectations problem. Also decide whether steps must happen in strict order and within one session, because those settings change the numbers substantially.
