Cad é Exit rate?

The percentage of views of a page that were the last page of the session, showing where visits end.

Exit rate is, for a given page, the share of its pageviews that were the final page of a session. Every session ends somewhere, so every page has an exit rate; the question is whether a page's exits are expected or a leak.

Exit rate is often confused with bounce rate, but they measure different things. Bounce rate only counts single-page sessions; exit rate counts session endings on a page regardless of how many pages came before. An order confirmation page should have an exit rate near 100 percent, which is healthy. A high exit rate in the middle of a checkout or signup flow is the red flag, because those visitors saw earlier steps, showed intent, and then left.

The productive way to use exit rate is inside a funnel: find the step where exits spike, then figure out what on that page stops people.
